About Lauren

Life has inevitable ebbs and flows and it can often feel like we’re playing a never-ending game of whack-a-mole trying to get rid of things we dislike about ourselves. Sometimes we need a refresher on what our personal values are and how to align with the things that are meaningful and fulfilling for us. You bring your self-knowledge and life experience, Lauren will bring her clinical background and nonjudgement. Her role is to provide a space that you feel comfortable enough in to begin to remove masks and explore your most authentic self. She will guide you toward self-compassion for your humanness and removing shame from the unique parts that make you who you are. Lauren likes to incorporate inner child work as a way to understand how past experiences influence who you are today. Together you will look at what purpose certain behavioral patterns you feel stuck in have and whether or not things like self-sabotage, escapism, avoidance and certain relationship dynamics are still serving you.
