About Jacob
Jacob Smith is a dedicated Case Manager at Southeast Addiction Center, where he has been making a positive impact since August, 2023. With a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve long-term sobriety and recovery, Jacob brings valuable experience from his previous roles. He served at Cumberland Heights ARCH Academy, where he assisted adolescent males in their recovery journeys, fostering an environment of support and growth. Prior to that, Jacob worked as a Men’s Guide at Discovery Place, where he guided men toward achieving lasting sobriety. Jacob’s passion for recovery is deeply rooted in his own personal journey, which drives him to empower others to overcome their challenges. He is currently pursuing classes to become a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC), further enhancing his ability to support those in need.Outside of his professional commitments, Jacob enjoys spending quality time with his family and fishing.
