The number of times that you will attend therapy will vary. Our rehab center professionals talk to everyone to see what needs they have. After discussing this with you, we can make a treatment plan that includes a set number of therapy hours.

If you enroll in our PHP treatment program or partial hospitalization, you will likely be getting at least 30 hours of therapy every week. This amount of therapy allows you to receive regular clinical care while overcoming an addiction to drugs or alcohol. The 30 hours is usually a combination of group and individual therapy. You will be seeing both the psychiatrist and doctor.

The next phase involves 15 hours of clinical supervision every week. After you finish this phase, we will likely move you to our outpatient drug rehab Nashville TN. During this program, you will probably receive 6 hours of therapy each week. At Southeast Addiction Center, your therapy sessions will usually be 1 hour each. However, if you attend trauma-focused therapy, the sessions will likely be 1 ½ hours each.
