Kelly is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She received her BSN At Emory University in 2008. She spent the next eight years working at Emory University Hospital Midtown in the Emergency Department. Kelly enrolled in the family nurse practitioner program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and graduated in 2014. Kelly then transitioned into the role of NP in the ER at Emory Midtown. In 2016, Kelly left the hospital setting for Young Minds Psychiatry, an outpatient mental health clinic that specialized in treating children and adolescents, along with substance abuse and the use of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). In 2018, Kelly left psychiatry for opportunities in both family practice and urgent care.
Kelly was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She has a twin sister and older brother. Outside of helping to make a positive difference in the lives of her patients, Kelly enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also has a cat named Riley who is the apple of her eye!
